The studio
A room with sea light.
Grand Strand Pilates is being built as a place, not a franchise unit — about 1,400 square feet of pale wood, white walls, and unhurried air.

The reformer room
Built for eight. Booked for one.
The reformer room is built for eight, and for now it belongs to one client at a time — every session on the opening calendar is one-on-one. When the doors open wide, small group classes take the room; the tower wall carries the springs for the deeper classical work either way.

The mat room
The quiet room.
A separate room for mat and breath work — no springs, no rolling carriages, nothing between you and the floor. It doubles as the slowest corner of the schedule on purpose.

The Strand
Rooted where the land breathes.
Sixty miles of coastline give the studio its name, its sage-and-shell palette, and its pace. Location within the Strand corridor lands with the founding announcement — the list hears it first.

Founding membership
Watch it take shape.
The founding list gets the location, the schedule, and the first walk-through — before anyone else.
