How it started
Grand Strand Pilates was founded in 2023 with monthly Pilates pairing dinners at a local restaurant in Little River, SC. Since then, we have taught hundreds of Myrtle Beach area vacationers and locals at venues across the strand.

We serve the North and South Carolina coasts from the Brunswick Islands down to Pawley’s Island.
The perfect addition to a bachelorette party, girls trip, golf trip or any special occasion! We bring the mats, cool lavender towels, and complimentary hydration to toast your achievement. You bring yourself and good vibes!

We hold classes anywhere we can lay down a mat. A limited number of mats are available to rent or attendees can bring their own. Hire us to host or have your guests book directly through us. Themes & pairings encouraged!

What we teach
Our classes are all built off of a true Pilates foundation. Our signature real mat Pilates class builds off of the original mat series, first called Contrology by Joseph Pilates.
While we lead with a Pilates foundation and true mat Pilates, our private classes can also be tailored to your group’s preference.
